Reason: I'm scared that someone I love is making bad decisions and I don't know what to do. So I had a breakdown at the school bus stop while on the phone with my Mom.

3. Wake Up Call
Date: Thursday, October 28, 2010
Time: 8:13 a.m.
Reason: This morning I got a call at 6:50 a.m. It was my boss. I was supposed to be at work. My shift was scheduled for 6:30 - 10:00 which I assumed was p.m. I was wrong.
They asked me to come in but there was no way I possibly could as I had scheduled my whole day thinking I was working at night. This should have been my second shift. I don't think I'm making a great impression.
I tried to go back to sleep for a bit and then when I got up at 8:00 a.m. I texted my boyfriend with the news. He called me and many tears later I had told him the story.

1. Talking to my Mom

Reason: I called my Mom and she told me this story about a family in my hometown who was struggling. I was already crying at that point and then she told me how their neighbours and our church helped them out and I just couldn't stop. So Mom, if you thought I wasn't listening, I was. I just didn't say anything because I was crying too hard.
