Time: 3:46 p.m.
Reason: I waited 20 minutes for my bus and then watched it drive past on the other side of the road. Can anyone explain to me why a bus that goes through BILLINGS BRIDGE on its way DOWNTOWN would not pick you up at the transitway station with a big arrow saying BILLINGS BRIDGE, DOWNTOWN?
I was also extremely hungry.
