Reason: I found out for sure today that I will not be able to go on a family trip that's been in the works for months because I have to work and there is no one that can switch shifts with me. And I am even more upset because if I had called one day earlier to book it off it would have been no problem. Look for an entry soon with the following reason: I can't stop kicking myself.
